Staff are wonderful. Location is perfect. We have stayed here many times since 2007. The cost may at first seem expensive however location superb, and the amenities are excellent. We love the Chart Room, the poolside bar, the piano bar, the pool, the Ocean, and proximity to the stores and restaurants. We will always come here. Love it. Thank you so much. We are celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary and my wife's 71st birthday. Thanks so much!

An excellent property perfectly located with beautiful gardens, water features, and a wonderful turtle pond. Choice of a lovely swimming pool or a beach and the ocean. It is close to Mallory Square and right at the end of Duval Street. We walked everywhere every day. Enjoyed exploring many attractions, restaurants, shopping, and great coffee! The staff is exceptional!!! We travel quite extensively and would highly recommend Pier House.

Loved the location of this resort and that we had parking available along with a pool and beach. It was great having a restaurant and bar on the property. We could walk to many destinations easily. It was also nice to get two bottles of water each day in our room. The staff was always very pleasant and very hard working!

The property is great. I had a street view and it still felt private. The private beach is well well worth it. We spent hardly any time in the pool and all in the ocean. There are great dining options on the property. Also great staff! Shout out to Michal (beach) and to all the beach servers.
